Here are two websites I find useful for some wonderful experience-based information. Both sites offer articles on "How-to" tips, techniques, and various photographic resources with topical listings. Of course you'll need to wade through some commercialism, but there is much to be learned even with the marketing spin. There is something of interest to nearly everyone involved with photography no matter at what level of skill they possess. Check them out; I think they'll find a place in your bookmarks:
